Duration and Booking

A minimum stay of four (4) nights is required to experience our unique Eclipse viewing event. Guests must sign up for Red Apple Inn’s Eclipse Package. You can secure your reservation with a non-refundable deposit due December 1, 2023. The remaining balance will be charged on January 10, 2024.

Please note that after November 30, 2023, you can no longer cancel your visit. Refunds will not be issued for any reason, including weather conditions.

Package Options and Pricing

Our luxurious King or Suite accommodations are $2700 plus tax with a deposit of $1350. Rooms with double beds are $2500 plus tax with a deposit of $1250. Our packages include meal vouchers but exclude additional souvenirs.

Package rates are based on double occupancy. For guests wishing to accommodate additional persons in the room (maximum of 4 people), an extra charge of $200 per guest applies (includes a ticket to the Magic Show). Single occupancy rooms receive a $200 discount. It’s important to note that Red Apple Inn’s Eclipse Package cannot be combined with discounts through AARP, Military, or other programs.

When you choose Red Apple Inn’s Eclipse Package, you’ll enjoy a delightful experience that includes the following amenities:

Four (4) nights of accommodation in a King or Double room, with two date options available: Friday, April 5 to Monday, April 8, or Saturday, April 6 to Tuesday, April 9
Four (4) breakfast buffets from 7:00 A.M. to 10:30 A.M.
Lunch on Monday, April 8, from 12:00 P.M. to 2 P.M.
Dinner buffets on Sunday and Monday evenings from 6:00 P.M. to 9 P.M.
Gratuities and taxes included in package meals
Bar opens at 5:00 P.M. each evening and during the Eclipse Event. Alcoholic beverages are not included.

Eclipse Schedule

On Monday, April 8, 2024, you can anticipate the following eclipse schedule:

Around 12:30 P.M.: Partial Eclipse begins.
1:00 P.M.: Witness 4 minutes and 35 seconds of total darkness.
Afterward: Partial Eclipse continues until approximately 3:15 P.M.

Additional Ticketed Events

Members have the option to purchase tickets for the following exclusive events:

Dinner Buffet with DJ in the Bar on Sunday night*
Dinner Buffet on Monday night
Lunch with entertainment on Eclipse Monday

The combined price for these events is $300 for two people. Please note that you must purchase all four nights of the package, and these tickets are non-refundable and will be charged on April 1, 2024. These events are exclusively available to members who have purchased tickets and those on our Eclipse Package.

*The Sunday Night Bar and Dinner is only available to those who purchased one of our packages or members who purchased tickets.
**The magic show is only open to those who have purchased the package.

Please be aware that condo rentals do not include tickets to any part of the Eclipse viewing event. Monday’s Eclipse event from 12:00–3:00 P.M. is ONLY for those members who purchase tickets and those on packages. Member will be charged for tickets on April 1, 2024, which will be non-refundable.
